Battery eStore ensures delivery of products sold through it's website within maximum 3 days. 

We make sure that all the products that reaches to your house is functional and has no defects. 

Return & Replacement: All the products sold through Battery eStore is usually delivered in person by our aligned partner near to your house. Hence, there is no risk of product damages and operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please return it at the time of taking the delivery. Your amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-3 working days. Due to the nature of our products, we strongly discourage returns once the product has been delivered and deemed satisfactory. The Company reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that are submitted more than 15 days after the date of delivery.

Warranty: If you face any technical glitch during the warranty period, please call  related Brand customer care center number. A service engineer will visit customer’s house and provide service free of cost.

Paperless warranty: The product sold through Battery eStore offers customers a convenient way to claim warranty digitally. Once registered digitally, you don't need to show Invoice copy or Warranty card whenever service engineer visits to your house. to enable paperless warranty, just get your product details registered online on our website and enjoy paperless warranty
