Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for Delhi NCR.

The warehouse is inactive on government authorized gazetted holidays. During this period, one can expect a 1-2 days delay. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout If Sometimes does not display you will have to pay Extra as applicable .

*Same day and one-day deliveries are applicable for orders in Delhi-NCR only. Deliveries outside Delhi are based on the availability of the product ordered.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the order is confirmed, the customer shall receive the tracking number through their registered number and mail-id.

Customs, duties, and taxes

BatteryEstore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BatteryEstore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

BatteryEstore is presently only delivering in certain states of India.

Returns Policy

BatteryEstore is presently not accepting any returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Once the product is received by the customer and the proof of delivery along with the signatures of the customer has been received by the seller, the product will not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
